A trick to discerning your intuition vs your fears: 💖

Your fears are very loud & aggressive. Your intuition is subtle and still. Your anxiety and fear will rattle a lot of unsettling emotions over things that may or may not be true. Your intuition lightly tugs at you.
It’s hard to decipher because the two can both be intertwined. Anxiety comes from anticipation of the unknown & clouds the clear knowing that intuition is. Even if your intuition is warning you, it won’t scream at you. It nudges. You’ll have less of an emotional reaction.
That’s why it’s important to practice grounding or meditative practices since that’s where intuitive messages are often the most clear. Intuition is present and more neutral while anxiety is intense future/past focused.
