— as the release and articles say, wright was pulled over at an intersection for outstanding a warrant, but also for having an air freshener hang from his rear view mirror. after not conforming to police officers and getting back into his vehicle, he was shot and drove until-

-colliding with a car several blocks later. his girlfriend was in the passenger seat.

— i’m sure many people will defend the police officer saying that he had outstanding warrants and did not obey the cops, but imagining a white man in this same situation and outcome is unheard of. DAUNTE WRIGHT SHOULD BE ALIVE.

— this is an act of police brutality and racism, no matter if wright broke the law. it was in no way as severe as murder.

— this continues to happen OVER AND OVER and people do nothing until they see everyone else doing something small. GET THE WORD OUT. REALIZE THE ISSUES.
