Saddened that the Harvard Law Review has anonymously published this transphobic screed celebrating the 5th circuit& #39;s heartless decision to refuse to refer to a transgender prisoner by her chosen pronouns.

In what must be an HLR first, the piece cites renowned Nazi Jordan Peterson for the proposition that "[m]any people object to referring to others by preferred, rather than biological, pronouns — an objection that can stem from religious or nonreligious concerns."
Luckily, in the same issue, you can read this excellent piece on the importance of gender-affirming healthcare for transgender youth:

But the fact that these two pieces are published in the same issue is horrifying. The Harvard Law Review is both-sidesing the obvious statement that trans people deserve our respect.
