@GovUK is concerned that parts of the #UNCRCScotland Bill may go beyond the powers of the Scottish Parliament. This is a technical matter relating to constitutional law - it does not relate to the policy intention behind the Bill. (2/4)

In an earlier letter, @GovUK was clear it had no objection to the Bill’s aim of protecting children’s rights. We await the decision of the Supreme Court and will update our members with developments. (3/4)
