It is essentially the inner dialogue you have with yourself limiting your ability to believe in yourself.
Limitations are a man made construct, they only ever exist if we put them on ourselves.

This self-limiting behaviour destroys any chance we have at implementing positive changes into our lives, because of how deeply rooted it is.

- Mute the inner-critic. Give it a name and notice when it's talking.
- Avoid getting trapped in your mind and remember to be in the moment, use your 5 senses.
- Neutralise the negativity when you hear it by giving equal and opposite positivity.
