If you haven’t already made a dua list for Ramadan I highly recommend you make one. I thought it would be helpful to post a template/layout of how you should make your ad’iyah so that it follows the etiquette of dua:
Fudhala Ibn Ubayd narrated that the Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) heard a person supplicating during prayer. He did not mention the greatness of Allah, nor did he invoke blessings on the Prophet (ﷺ).
The Messenger of Allah (ﷺ) said: He made haste.
He then called him and said either to him or to any other person: If any of you prays, he should mention the exaltation of his Lord in the beginning and praise Him; he should then invoke blessings on the Prophet (ﷺ);
thereafter he should supplicate Allah for anything he wishes. (Sunan Abi Dawud)
So begin by praising Allah. To do this you can recite any dua that praises Allah. I would recommend both Ayatul kursi and Surah Fatiha:
Next recite durood:
Then you can recite some of the ad’iyah that begin with “Rabbana” from the Qur’an. There are 40 you can read from, here are some:

Then you can make dua for yourself, family, the ummah etc. (in whatever language you want)
Supplicate using the names of Allah that are relevant to your dua. As it is mentioned in the Qur’an: “And to Allah belongs the beautiful names, so invoke Him by them” (7:180).
For example if you are in need of a job, call to Him as “Ar-Razzaaq” (The provider)
Remember to make dua for others too:
Abu Dharr رضي الله عنه narrates that Rasoolullah ﷺ said: There is no believing servant who supplicates for his brother behind his back (in his absence) that the Angels do not say: The same be for you too. (Sahih Muslim)
You should end your dua by again reciting durood and praising Allah then saying “Ameen” at the end.
Try to dedicate time after each salah throughout Ramadan to make dua like this, because the dua of the fasting person is accepted. Try not to be hasty with it and also have full certainty that Allah will grant you what you are asking for.
May Allah accept all of your ad’iyah. Ameen

And make dua for me too :)
