// i was walking down the hallway, ready to get in the car line so i can go home. being the kid i was, it was and still is 100% appropriate for me to wear a hat backwards. it wasnt against the dress code or anything and i was almost home so i decided “why not”.

// this led me to an experience i have thought about everyday. one of the extremely christian white female teachers comes up behind me, takes my hat off anf says, and i quote “thats no way for a lady to wear a hat” and proceeded to put my had frontwords facing back on my head

// everyday since then i have been enraged by this experience. as a 3rd grader it shouldnt matter if i have proper ettiquite,, in a public school,, full of /anyone/ else that you can pick on and you chose me. anytime i see her it just makes me hate her more.
