Duterte tells Sen. De Lima: Did you elect me as President? I got my votes, substantial one, to make me a credible President. Six million 'yan.
Duterte: Kagaya kay (Sen. Leila) De Lima, tama 'yan sa iyo. Magtiis ka p****g i** mo. Binastos mo ang Pilipinas ng droga dyan sa National Penitentiary.
But De Lima and human rights groups believe the drug charges against her were fabricated to silence her for investigating the administration's bloody war on drugs.
