Even an introvert lacking confidence can build an online community.

You can too!

<THREAD>
I'm introverted and not a big fan of being in the limelight.

But I was able to breakthrough.

Here's 5 tips on how to get started.
1. Nobody cares.

The biggest fear I had getting started was what people I knew would say.

Reality is nobody has said a word.
2. You're not an imposter.

My next fear was being called out for not knowing what I was talking about.

Truth is you won't know everything. Admit it and move on.

But teach what you do know.

People will have negative responses. That's their problem, not yours.
3. Get out of your own head.

Most of the negative thoughts were only in my head.

Once you put out consistent content the worries will go away.

The positive feedback will push you to keep creating.
4. There's no small talk.

I hate small talk. For me small talk is awkward.

Online, people want to get directly to the point.

If not, you can choose not to respond.
5. You'll figure it out.

At first, I wasn't sure about the direction I wanted to go.

As you progress you'll find your path.

Building community is a long term game.

So you don't need the answers today.
The only thing holding you back is you.

I challenge you to spend 30 days putting out content.

You will see a change in your mindset.
