Problem is, a lot of you lack compassion for people you don't understand, nor care about. This is a huge issue. Police are great, but not above reproach. I say cultural sensitivity training for police is big, but a lot of citizens need it as well.
Because one thing for sure is, a white officer coming to Memphis and policing would have a culture shock if they never been around people like this, situations like this. It's not a hit on them, but I grew up in this so I don't get on edge over things that are usually bs.
