Here's a list of plot points that (I think) suck

Lois shouldn't be pregnant with Batman's kid. It's icky and I don't like it

The flash being able to exist in two places at the same time kinda devalues one of the key lessons Barry Allen has to learn very early on.

I don't think Batman should ever be killed in battle. Every time Batman dies, he's never really dead
(Arkham knight, dark knight returns, infinite crisis)

Lois and Clarks son shouldn't be the new Batman, if he's gonna be a superhero he needs to forge his own path.

Having the first half of part 3 take place in the Knightmare timeline is really not something we need.
I would instead go with an almost Arrow like plot structure, with us flashing forward to the nightmare timeline at various points throughout JL2

Green Lanterns introduction is wonky and I don't like it
