PROVIDE VALUE TO OTHERS:
Many have a false sense of what it means to PROVIDE VALUE to others
Operating under the assumption that we are providing a service to the world and those closest to us
But are we really?
Or are we simply going through the motions?

We, as humans, often look to be rewarded for the ordinary things we do
We look for incentives and recognition for our good deeds or feel entitled to compensation simply because we hold certain credentials
Should we not look to exchange this mindset for a higher ideal?

An ideal that runs deeper than superficial decoration and acknowledgment
Striving to live authentically and transparently with those around us and in alignment with our core values
This is what allows us to start providing real meaning to the world

We must learn to engage in good deeds without the expectation of recognition but to engage because the deed itself is enough
To live honestly with those around us, providing a source of stability and worth

But when we sit back and reflect, are we really a positive force in life?
Or do we impose a burden on others, or at most, a net-neutral benefit?

Lift others up
Solve complex problems
Be a shoulder to lean on

This is the mindset we must engage to provide deep meaningful VALUE
