3. Read for atleast 30 minutes everyday.
4. Breath deeply. More blood to the brain. Better brain function.
5. Eat dry fruits. Almonds, walnuts.
6. Take a nap.
7. Play games that require metal effort. Chess, sudoku, Go.
8. Take long walks. Work out. Lift heavy.
9. Journal and reflect on your life.
10. Hang out with people that are smarter than you.
11. Be mindful of what you watch. Replace TV or Netflix with learning. Cooking, a new language or creative arts.
12. Whenever you learn something new share it with others. Explain it to them like they're 5-year-olds.
13. Spend time in silence. Get bored more often.
