2008-
Shreevats Goswami (RCB)
WicketKeeper of U-19 Champions of 2008 won this award at the inaugural season.
He failed to break into the National Team represents Bengal in Domestic Tournaments in the absence of their regular keeper Saha.
Currently in SRH as a backup keeper.
2009-
Rohit Sharma(DC)
A name not unfamiliar to anybody who watches Cricket.
In 2009 he showed a short glimpse of what he is capable of with an Allround performance including Hat-trick(411 Runs+11 Wickets)
Now he is the Captain of the most successful IPL Team with 3 200's.
2010-
Saurabh Tiwari(MI)
Another member of the 2008 U-19 Team was dubbed as the Left-Hand version of MSD when he made 419 Runs in IPL2010.
He went on to play 3 Matches for India.
He represents MI in IPL and Jharkhand in all Formats.
2011-
Iqbal Abdulla(KKR)
He too belonged to the class of 2008 U-19 Champions.
He won 2 MOM awards for his teams.
He is a spinner and a lower-order batsman.
Though he failed to get a National Callup.
2012-
Mandeep Singh (KXIP)
He was the Vice-captain of the U-19 WC Team of 2010.
He scored 432 runs from 16 matches, including two half-centuries, and ended the tournament as Kings XI Punjab's leading run-scorer.
He played 3 T20I for India.
2013-
Sanju Samson (RR)
VC of India at U-19 WC 2014, impressed in IPL 2013 When he became the youngest player to score a half-century in an IPL match (Later broken by Riyan)and finished with 206 runs in 10 innings and six stumpings.
He is now the captain of the RR.
2014-
Axar Patel(KXIP)
A bowling-Allrounder who had an impressive season with KXIP in IPL 2014 with 17 wickets.
He was part of India's squad for the 2015 WC.
He had a Dream Debute Test Series and is the only bowler to take wickets on his first ball of both innings in a test match
2015-
Shreyash Iyer (DD)
He scored 439 runs in 14 matches, with a 33.76 average and a strike rate of 128.36 in IPL 2015.
He has established himself as a regular member of India's LOI setup and is the Captain of the Delhi Capitals.
2016-
Mustafizur Rahman-(SRH)
He became the first overseas player to win it when he took 17 wickets in 16 matches in IPL 2016 where his team won the title.
He is a regular member of Bangladesh across Formats and holds various records.
This year he'll be in RR Squad.
2017-
Basil Thampi(GL)
He was named in India's Twenty20 International (T20I) squad for their series against Sri Lanka, but he did not play.
Thampi bowls at a speed in excess of 140 kmph and is known for bowling yorkers consistently.
Currently in SRH squad.
2018-
Rishabh Pant(DC)
During the U-19 WC 2016, Pant hit an 18-ball fifty, the fastest at this level, and declared his arrival in style.
He has now established himself as the First Choice WK
across Formats and was named as the captain of the Delhi Capitals for the 2021 IPL.
2019-
Shubman Gill (KKR)
He was the VC for the 2018 Under-19 WC. He scored 372 runs at an average of 124.00 and played a crucial role in India's fourth world title and was adjudged the edition's Player of the Tournament.
He had a Dream Debut Series at India's Test Series victory.
2020-
Devdutt Padikkal (RCB)-
Referred to as the Next Big thing in Indian Cricket,he scored 473 runs in 15 matches for RCB in his debut IPL season and is the 2nd highest Run Scorer after Prithvi Shaw In VHT-2021 and the two of them have begun knocking on Team India's door!
