Original v/s Fake

Jhule Lal was incarnation of Varun Devta (Hindu God) whom Sindhi Hindus had invoked during oppressive Muslim Mirkshah's rule. Jhule Lal who was born in Chaitra Shukla Pratipada (Hindu New Year) prevented Islamic conversion of Sindhi Hindus.

But this prevention to conversion to Islam was not tolerable to Muslims. So they came up with a tactic. They tried to appropriate Jhule Lal's identity by concoting the story of a Sufi Pir Khwaja Khizr

This is kind of similar to what was intentionally done by Muslims in Bengal.

Bhagwan Satya Narayan was converted into Satya Pir. Bon Debi (Van Devi) was converted into Bon Bibi

Sikh Text Panth Parkash by Ratan S Bhangu notes this appropriation by Muslims. Varun Devta was God of Ocean and Muslims converted his identity into Khwaja Khizr

Now tell me what is the relation of God of Ocean with Islam? Its is Ant Islamic. So how did this Khwaja Khize come up

So Conversion to Islam was not only through sword but through fraud also. They intentionally trampled temples and built mosques or Dargahs over it. Renamed the Hindu pilgrimage cities. Appropriated Deities as well

Do you know what happened to followers of Khwaja Khizr? All converted to Islam by end of 19th century

So it is very important for Hindus to stick to their scriptures & traditions. Dont let anyone secularise/ appropriate your traditions. Never get befooled by drama of secularism
