for acad replacement, im not sure but if di talaga pumasa, they will send an email to the applicants, probably 1-2 months before the classes starts (pero di lahat makakatanggap ata, or that only applies to those applicants na "waiting list")—

—the acad replacement will depend on your USTAR score and availability of the slots sa certain program so that won't guarantee you na makapasok sa programs na malapit sa gusto mong mapasukan (ano raw xd haha!)

but ig you can screenshot your USTAR score and email it to them then ask for acad replacement na if possible, close sa programs na inapplyan mo (ganito ginawa ng frenny ko noon and they replied naman)

example, u applied for medtech and nursing na we all know mataas ang cut off and di ka pumasa both programs and then UST emailed you for acad replacement na di malapit sa program na gusto mo (like u wanna take a med related program but they offered a business related program)—

—idk if u can still email them to offer a program na close sa gusto mo since acad replacement ay like alternative program that u might wanna pursue dahil pasok don ang USTAR score mo. so if your score is quite high naman and bonus na mataas average mo mula gr 9—

I think malaki naman ang chance na offeran ka nila ng program na malapit sa program na inapplyan mo originally (like u didnt pass medtech n nursing pero mataas score mo so they might offer BS Bio if may slot pa)

for those may waiting list sa status and baka di makareceive ng email abt acad replacement, u can email UST regarding that. I had a friend na waiting list sa Nursing program and he waited from Jan-July so—

so nung nagsend na ng acad replacement email ang UST at wala syang natanggap, siya na ang nag email sa UST regarding acad replacement and UST offered him BS Bio.
