Yeah, I'm WAY overdue for this.
Anyway, let's finish this thread with some enemies! At least the ones I could compare, with a few exceptions. https://twitter.com/Rifter8Rocks/status/1357560723069566976
First off, I can't really compare the Magikoopas/Kamek and Koopas since, well, their difference is very obvious. I mainly wanna cover enemies that share the same designs but with different art styles.
Goombas in PiT have pretty dull colors, and they have a deeper frown.

The BIS version is more vibrant, and a little rounder. Also, there's now a space between the two brows, instead of looking like a uni-brow. Which, you know, I don't think it's NECESSARILY better. Just sayin'.
Boos look incredibly similar in both games! PiT is a little rounder and have a wider mouth, and BIS looks more spherical because of the shading. Otherwise, not much to say.
Dry Bones seem to have stretched out there bones in BIS, which I would think they would snap. They proportions match with the regular Koopas, which I'm not sure that's the case with PiT's version. BIS also has way less colors than PiT, which is pretty standard.
Bob-ombs, my favorite enemy! BiS gives them a darker blue, slightly longer legs, and a dull cyan rim around the fuse. The white eyes have less anti-aliasing than PiT, which I think is actually an improvement. It looks like their eyes pop out instead of blending in.
Not really an enemy in the traditional sense, but they count. Again, not much to say about these two, other than BIS having slightly muted colors and his whiskers poke out of his cheeks, a rare instance where something sticks out against the bold, black outlines.
And finally, after all is said is done, we're, uh, DONE with this thread!

Not gonna lie, I don't think I'm satisfied with what I have to say. I wanted to start this thread because I don't many talk about the differences between the two game styles.
The problem I have with this thread is that it only focuses on small portions of the games' sprites, and I'm not motivated enough to look at every single angle of sprites.

Still, I hope you got something out of this, and I would like to hear your output on this!
