If sora's mom and riku's mom ever show up in-game (highly unlikely) this is what i'd imagine them to be like~

Riku's mom is a single mom and his dad just up and disappeared.

Riku's mom wears loose dresses and cardigans. Sora's mom is always in denim jeans and a t-shirt. Sora probably has a Japanese style household that has an ocean viee and riku just has an apartment somewhere nearby. I think they mentioned that kairi lives with the mayor?? So-

Bc of the events that took place in the games, the trio missed out on some years in school. So riku who is 1 year older than k and s is now in the same grade as kairi (she advanced a year in kh2) and sora is a grade behind. Selphie and the others would be a grade above K and riku

Sora and riku surf from time to time, a thing they both learned from sora's dad. And since riku didn't didn't have a father figure in his life, he'd look up to sora's dad. He'd often eat dinner at sora's house bc his mom is usually busy working till late hours at night.

Sometimes riku would sleep over whenever his mom worked till morning. Ofc this means that sora's mom and riku's mom are bffs, too, lol. Probably even went to the same high school.
