Officers in riot gear outside the Brooklyn Center police station just shot OC teargas canisters into the crowd, one of which appeared to hit press, who was wearing a green reflective vest.
They shot someone in the back with an orange marker round for looking at a spent canister on the ground
The crowd is gathered half a block away shouting "Hands up don't shoot!"

Over 50 cops are visible on this side of the Brooklyn Center police station.

What looks like HC but may be SAF smoke burns red hot in the driveway of the police department. Shooting out dark gray smoke.

Someone moved up to grab what may have been an HC gas canister and MPD shot them in the back with pepper balls and marker rounds.
The crowd chants "ACAB all cops are bastards" and "no justice, no peace"
There are well over a hundred people here from what little I can see
There's a nice little lul as people kneel in the street with their hands up and chant over loud speakers.
"You are not protecting us. You are killing us!" A speaker chants.
The street has been shut down several blocks from the protest and a line of traffic off in the distance builds up.
"What? What were you all doing January Sixth?" A speaker chants

"Aiding and Abetting!" The crowd responds
Unprompted, MPD fires off another dozen or so munitions at a man kneeling in the street with his hands up. Their munitions hit him in the ear.

They fire munitions at all the press on scene.

The road smokes out with a thick cloud of OC gas.
As the man kneels, unmoving until being hit in the ear, the smoke billows around him, obscuring him and then revealing a cone suddenly covering the munitions.
Like a Minneapolis protest magic show.
Someone is yelling that in the apartments behind them there are children. People can be seen in one of the windows, from the roadway, staring out at the scene.
Traffic has begun to move through the area
It appears the roadway is no longer closed to vehicular traffic.
The live streams for all the press in the area have been experiencing *problems* and press have been blaming police technologies for the issues.

The road has been completely smoked out again.
Cops targeting press's feet.

The large armored vehicle searches out into the crowd with a spotlight. The man returns despite his ear injury to kneel before them, the spotlight illuminates him as he kneels in the road
Cars are moving through the intersection as the smoke dissipates.
They move between the crowd. All is quiet now other than the occasional sound of cars moving through.
The apartment building beyond across the intersection from the Department has been smoked out with OC gas, or tear gas, several times tonight.

Children live there.
The crowd gathers in the intersection once again as traffic moves through the area.

The crowd parts to let vehicles move past.
MPD shoots teargas right into the yard of the apartment building.

They're given a 10 minute dispersal order for all people including the media.
Fireworks explode in the air as people leave the intersection.

There are actually multiple apartment buildings. One of which still shows wafts of OC smoke in the air around it.
The man continues to kneel in the intersection with his hands in the air.
He's been shot several times tonight.
His hands are on his head as he sits on his feet while kneeling on the ground.

MPD has been making a point to shoot right next to him
Vehicles drive through, crushing the gas canisters beneath their tires.
There are several dozen canisters in the road.
The Brooklyn Center Police Captain addresses the crowd, declaring an unlawful assembly.

He orders them to disperse immediately over a loud speaker.

He promises to arrest everyone, including media, if they remain.

They have 3 minutes.
No one appears to be dispersing.

Captain Griling declares the unlawful assembly again.

He orders the crowd to disperse over heckling and honking.

He promises again to arrest everyone, including press, if they remain.

They are out of time.
A large line of police East of the intersection have begun to move forward. Blocking off one of the dispersal routes they were ordered to take.

Someone tries to convince the kneeling man to leave

He will not.

He remains there with his hands up.
The police are now searching the apartment buildings.
Police munitions are being shot into the sky next to the apartments.

The cops appear to be filming all cars leaving the area and illuminating them as they pass.
The cops have now blocked off 2 of 3 dispersal routes.
They move in a line towards the intersection.

The man continues to kneel in the roadway.
State troopers by the dozens march down the roadway, towards the intersection, passed the camera as the live stream cuts out.

The crowd has largely moved off and left the area but a few can be heard heckling nearby.

They place his hands in cuffs as he kneels in the roadway and lift him to his feet.
The police line inches forward, lead by chants of "Move" from within their ranks.
The police used over 100 officers from State and Local Law Enforcement to kettle the kneeling man.
The police are removing their gas masks now.

Today, Brooklyn Center Police murdered Daunte Wright, a 20 year old reportedly on the way to get a car wash.
The live stream has ended with the crowd almost entirely dispersed.

Just before it ended, Minnesota State Police were recording the live streamer just as it abruptly cut off on all channels.
*Correction*
The police were state and local so they would be BCPD for Brooklyn Center Police Department, not MPD.

And I'm not certain if Brooklyn Center is a part of Minneapolis in the way Queens would be a part of New York City or if it is it's own city.
Oh and the National Guard had arrived to the scene shortly after the crowd dispersed.
