When you check your email make sure to check your spam. It got thrown in spam for two of our team who were signing up.

The password has to be 8 characters long with one uppercase letter and one number. You can& #39;t add symbols though (we tried and were confused why we were getting an error)

For the name in katakana it cannot exceed 7 characters and the roman name cannot exceed 15 characters. The members card uses the roman characters though
Confirm that your info is correct! You cannot change your ID, birthday, name in katakana and roman letters, and gender after you have confirmed it

For those who were in MM before March 17th you should have received an email on 3/17. There is a code that you input in the new MM site to claim the "Thank you video" that Ta_2 mentioned in his QnA tweet and a phone wallpaper.
