Currently 41% counted in Ecuador. Conservative Guillermo Lasso leads leftist Andrés Arauz 54-46. But most of the vote comes from Lasso's strongholds, so later votes will favor Arauz. The final result will be very close. You can follow official results here https://elecciones2021.cne.gob.ec/ 

The three largest provinces are Guayas, Pichincha, and Manabí. Pichincha, a Lasso stronghold, is 62% in. Guayas, where Arauz narrowly leads, is 39% in. Manabí, an Arauz stronghold, is only 24% in. Just to give a sense of the disparity in where the reported votes have come from
