Homophobia and transphobia never seems to disqualify anyone from being a Black cultural icon or hero. Apply this where you will because there are more examples than I can count or name. This absolutely says you see Black queer and trans people as disposable.

You only have to show me once that the harm Black queer and trans people endure is less important to you than nostalgia, humor, entertainment, ritual, custom, etc.

I’d ask when is the right time for Black LGBTQ+ people to name the harm your faves have done to us. But I know the answer is never because they’re your faves despite that harm.
