If anyone is interested about my opinion on followers and following on Twitter, here& #39;s a very short thread.
I& #39;m on my 4th incarnation on the Twitter platform, I& #39;ve been booted for being a bit lively in my criticism of Newspaper moguls, Miners & Political parties in the past. 2

I& #39;ve done things a bit differently this time around, I follow back virtually everyone who follows me. I previously only followed those who had political passion, were rebellious or union oriented etc. I surrounded myself in what some describe as the Twitter "bubble" 3
What this has done is amazing! I receive pictures of brilliantly coloured Amazonian Butterflies on my feed alongside the #ScottyFromDamageControl tweets, it is often serendipitously cathartic to receive an interjection from another& #39;s perspective on life! 4
Of course the down side to this is Bitcoin sales, the inevitable DM& #39;s with a dozen & #39;Hello& #39;s and "Are you lonely?" - but the unfollow/block button is easy enough to use in such circumstances.
I suppose there is one thing I was worried about, a confused, lengthy feed, mayhem! 5

However, I& #39;ve found that the Twitter algorithm attunes pretty quickly, if I& #39;m banging on about #ScottyFromPhotoOps then most of my feed will be about that. If I start & #39;liking& #39; pictures of birds of paradise, my feed changes and I see Birds and Butterflies again. 6
I know it& #39;s not for everyone and it& #39;s probably the type of thread that gets very little attention, but I thought I& #39;d share my experience with you all.
