In our latest episode of NEVER TALK TO THE POLICE

this former cop was framed up by cops he knew when his family was annihilated by a sexual sadist killer. He did 13 years on a bullshit frame up.
Also I'm cynical as fuck and when they show interviews of anyone talking to the cops I'm always

they did it

This guy?

I thought he was inno from jump, and his interview only made me *certain* of it.

Also 'blood spatter' is not a science, and their 'expert' wasn't even that.
So why do cops frame up people like this?

They're lazy and stupid...and the 'easiest' suspect is easiest to go hard on rather than getting their fat asses up and working.

Murder cases are hard when they involve a stranger.
Most 'stranger' murder cases are solved ...not by cops working the case hard, but by evidence coming to light, the DNA getting tagged in a system, or the fucker does it again with an identifiable MO.

It is easy to get a jury to believe a spouse did it more than 'stranger'
Because every marriage has dark secrets. Someone cheated. Someone spent too much. Someone doesn't fight fair. Maybe you had a nasty ass fight once and punched a wall.

Most spouses have SOME benefit when their partner dies, whether insurance or ...not paying for a divorce.
ANd of course MOST PEOPLE are indeed killed by someone they know.

But not everyone.

And it's the most natural thing in the world when you've found your family fucking dead...AND you used to even BE a cop, to talk to them to try to help.
He lost his wife, his two kids

and his freedom for 13 years

and he'll never have his good name back. There's people that despite the overwhelming and damning evidence...think he did it.

Why?

Oh the killer claimed after he was nailed and his denials failed, that ...
he just delivered the murder weapon to the husband. Which...doesn't pass any sort of sniff test on any level but hey.

Cops and prosecutors still tried it in trial #3 (#2 was overturned because the prosecution LIED and claimed he molested his kid. Which...he never did).
Meanwhile the actual murderer? This murder fitted his MO of other previous assaults, including stealing her shoes. And his DNA was on her body.

And they STILL went for the husband in trial #3

He got a $450k settlement, but...13 years? Millions wouldn't pay me for that shit.
