If anyone in the #WritingCommunity is interested in #God, #religion, #science, #physics, and #evolution, then this thread may interest you. It will help with what I #amwriting too. #amreading
Can #religions be objectively disproved? Yes, but they can also be proven objectively through #science. At least, to a degree. I do not believe that the #Bible is the perfect Word of #God. #Jesus is the Word. Is Jesus the Bible? No. The Bible contains the https://medium.com/excommunications/can-religions-be-objectively-disproved-210c536418e9
Word of God, which is His Rules, Laws, and Commandments. For those Christians who believe the Bible is God’s perfect Word, then what about any errors or contradictions found? The creation story is an easy example of the Bible not being completely true. Biblical inerrancy is wrong
There is one way that we can use #science to test the reality of #Christianity. Romans 1:20 tells us that #God’s attributes are clearly seen in His creation. An easy example of this would be that God is #love. We know that love is patient, and that God created through the patient
process of #evolution. I have many other examples that I am writing about to show how #science and #Christian #theology are not in conflict but complement one another. #God cannot do anything that is counter to His Word. For example, since God is love, then God cannot create out
of hate. And since #love is patient, #God cannot create out of an impatient process. This disproves young-earth creationism. One other example deals with aliens. If God created us for a specific purpose, then the human body plan was important. If alien life is ever discovered and
it is of a different body plan, then I would find it hard to believe that #God is real. However, that would not necessarily disprove God. As long as the alien lifeforms were built in a manner consistent with fulfilling God's ultimate plan, then a different body plan is possible.
Asking if #God would be bound by the laws of #physics is like asking if He would be bound by His Commandments, Laws, and Rules. The answer is, yes. If God is the Creator of the laws of nature, then He must abide by those laws. Miracles would only make https://www.bbc.com/future/article/20210301-how-physics-could-prove-god-exists
sense if there is some logical explanation that through the very laws of nature that He created that a miracle could occur.

The #multiverse could disprove #God, which shows that using #science to prove the existence of God is falsifiable. According to the multiverse theory, all
possible universes exist simultaneously, but our universe is the only one we can observe and measure. If we were able to observe and measure another universe, then that would disprove #God. However, God is the Ultimate Observer. That means our universe is the only possible
universe to exist because #God upholds and sustains this very universe. If He did not, then other universes could possibly exist and God would not.

There was a study out recently which suggests that the present and future exist simultaneously. This would explain why #Jesus
cannot tell when the Second Coming will be. However, the Father can. I can hear people say that #Jesus is #God. So, how can that be true? Because the Father is the #mind/ #consciousness of God and Jesus is the Word as I previously explained. God as the Father planned His creation,
but He did not set exact dates for when they would occur. If that is true and the present/future exists simultaneously, then it would not be possible for #Jesus to give an exact date.
I am by no means a scholar of #Christianity, #God, #Jesus, #physics, #science, or anything, but my thoughts make a lot of sense to me. If anyone in the #WritingCommunity and elsewhere should happen to read this thread, then I'd appreciate some feedback. #amreading #amwriting
