I dm’d her on Thursday if she had any availability as I needed a cake short notice she said she would be able to do it for Saturday. I sent her a picture of the cake I wanted and she took a screenshot and and told me the price would be £80. Including late fee.

We then spoke about payment she said as it was short notice I have to pay the full amount and couldn’t do a deposit. I paid £80. Next we spoke about the cake sign we agreed that I would have this cake sign

She arrives at 3:50. After waiting 1 hour and 20 mins. It’s raining (luckily I drive) she comes and I try negotiating with her for a refund I only asked for £30 due to all the red flags I mentioned she said “No darling” and said she’s only paying me £15.
