Super Paper Mario is 14 this week! The gameplay might not have been for everyone, but for a one-game departure that looked simple on the surface, it was far more ambitious than it had any right to be.
The amount of lore crammed into its world, the big scope of the story, and how it never loses its sense of humor in it all made for a game I'll never forget! To this day, it's probably my favorite characterization of both Bowser and Peach.
