Been using @MumsnetTowers and have found that other than the feminism chat section, everyone seems really nice! I've had some great conversations. However, the usual terfs and "I'm not cisgender" women who don't understand gender are arguing amongst themselves.

@MumsnetTowers it would be great if you could ban transgender conversations on your platform. As you don't allow people to use the term cisgender. As a cisgender woman, it is insulting and as someone who has transgender friends and family, the comments on the site are harmful.

Are you going to make changes to this? Plus why are transgender arguments allowed in the feminism section? Those arguments around transgender people have nothing to do with feminism. It's allowing homophobia and transphobia to grow on your platform.

Additionally @MumsnetTowers you say you want all women to feel comfortable using the platform however every conversation I'm in where I give my professional view on transgender lives, your users insult me. To the point where over three threads have been taken down because...

The women commenting have just made it a space to insult me for having an opposing view. This is why your feminism section is toxic.

@MumsnetTowers If you want your platform to be for all women, you need to start banning people who use the feminism board to talk shit about transgender people. You need to ban people using trans and transgender unless they are transgender themselves. This needs to be done.

Also @MumsnetTowers do you really condone the behavior on this thread? The fact numerous women have just been insulting me for stating my opinion and giving facts as to the topic or the thread. Now they are just talking about me.

This is what ends up happening in every feminism post I comment on because I support trans rights yet you've allowed these women to grow enough of a following on this platform to just insult and degrade anyone with a difference in opinion.
