hi guys since ramadan is starting try eating complex carbs in sehri e.g whole wheat, brown rice etc something thats not processed. Complex carbs take a long time to digest and will keep you full, also add nuts and yoghurt to your diet, yogurt has probiotics and helps you..
stay hydrated. Avoid chai or coffee because caffeine will make you dehydrated and you’ll be thirsty all day. Do not drink the entire gallon of water during sehri instead stay hydrated between the window after iftaar and before sehri
if you gotta workout do it after iftaar because you have food in your body and you have energy to workout intensely
Avoid processed food and eat something you can cook from scratch so the nutrition isn’t distorted and you are able to stay full all day

And AGAIN — carbs aren’t your enemy. Just make sure you eat the right kind. You can simply google complex carbs and have tons of options. You don’t wanna avoid carbs or you’ll pass out
