What are some good examples of teachers using connected notes for their course materials, ideally with some student interaction and contribution? Show off or share your favorites!
Person I know who is doing this the most is @calhistorian in @RoamResearch: https://calhistorian.roam.garden/ . I believe he also has an @obsdmd vault. Mark, can you share that too or is it private?
I also know @alycosta posts uses public @RoamResearch graphs for his courses, see e.g. https://roamresearch.com/#/app/mast90014 . Is it read only?
Just learned about @AllossoDan using an @obsdmd vault for classes, but wished for better social/commenting features: https://twitter.com/AllossoDan/status/1374393746142326789?s=20
I've been experimenting with @NotionHQ pages that host lecture notes and assignments. Could work well for student comments and contributions if I made the pages open; right now it's more fancy static websites with an easy editing experience. Links to all the notion sites I've made are on my teaching page: https://www.maggiedelano.com/teaching/
From the replies, this thread about using threaded video lectures: https://twitter.com/AGWilsonn/status/1356615528433901574
