As we all know, anxiety is the mind and body's reaction to stressful, dangerous, or unfamiliar situations. It's the sense of uneasiness, distress, or dread you feel before a significant event.
And I am sure we've all have experienced the feeling of anxiety, whether it's butterflies in the stomach, sweaty palms, or heart palpitations.
And a certain level of anxiety helps us stay alert and aware, however, for some people anxiety can occur on a daily basis which can cause a hindrance in their day to day activities.
So here are a few simple lifestyle changes that one can try to lessen the anxiety.

You should never skip a meal, and so start your day with a high-protein breakfast.
And you can also snack on some nuts such as almonds, hazelnuts, and walnuts.

Exercise benefits your physical, emotional, and mental health. It's been found that just one session of vigorous exercise helps alleviate anxiety symptoms for hours.
