— my workout routine and things i did that helped me get toned 𓂃𓏲࣪
disclaimer: i did many workouts including programs and several videos that didn’t work for me so i ended up making my own routine that i actually saw results with and that were suitable for me.
i also don’t like working out so i tried to make something that wasn’t too long but was effective.
as a warm up i start with 50 jumping jacks.
for my cardio i do 20-25k steps everyday.
i suggest doing this either first thing in the morning or last thing before u sleep. if u do it like that u will see results faster.
this is my personal workout routine. the x2 stands for 2 sets of each.
i did not eat clean at all. most days i binged and i still stayed consistent.
