It& #39;s been over a month since I went full time on @100daysnocode.

I haven& #39;t quite found my rhythm or my mojo yet, so I wanted to share 3 lessons I& #39;ve learnt navigating this new exciting but unfamiliar terrain https://abs.twimg.com/emoji/v2/... draggable="false" alt="👇" title="Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten" aria-label="Emoji: Rückhand Zeigefinger nach unten">
1/ Sh*t feels + gets more real

It& #39;s not just a fun side project.

You start asking more existential questions.

Every decision feels more weighty.

You start to see only the bad, never the good.

Tip: be around positive people, otherwise you& #39;ll end up in a negative spiral.
2/ More time ≠ more work/productivity

If you& #39;re not careful, you& #39;ll fall victim to Parkinson& #39;s Law i.e. work expands to fill the time allotted.

Don& #39;t let it.

Use it preciously.

Tip: start timeboxing your day, otherwise time will take control of you.
3/ Doing more work ≠ better outcomes

Sales may be slow, you can& #39;t fix *that* one dang problem ect...

But you& #39;re working full time now, so you *better* sort it and chuck more time at it, right?

No.

Tip: take a break, do something different and don& #39;t feel guilty recharging.
These are all things I& #39;ve struggled with since going full time, so I hope this is useful for anyone in a similar spot.

Bottom line: yes, going full time means more is on the line, but don& #39;t let that pressure override the one thing you need to fly...

Wellbeing.
