then that becomes the market value whether it is at, below, or above comps. I see people fighting every day over priced and I don’t get it. If you don’t like someone’s price, make an offer and/or move on. (2/2)

That being said, I try to be at or below comps, but that’s how I do it. Everybody is different and has a right to be that way.
