I’m going to start this thread off by saying we were incredibly lucky.
Just insanely incredibly lucky.

My spouse and I (M) had a somewhat flexible budget, but we started our search with pretty strict parameters.
3/4 beds, 2 or more baths, some yard, no ranches.

We also wanted to be within 15-20 mins of the city center, but we were fully prepared to give on this.
