We are Human Beings

A magnificent spectacle of love and honor, completely redefining Yasu’s Identity and sense of purpose.

One of many things that define us as Human Beings are our superior social skills. We can cooperate in many ways to understand ourselves and others, and build upon our knowledge to also understand what others cannot know by themselves.
Upon looking back on the succession test we realize how harsh the circumstances were around Yasu, or the Ushiromiya head in general. They are unable to attain happiness except through a sacrifice, which is a well thought emphatic gesture to fully comprehend Yasu’s feelings.
The fight has many thematic parallels to Kinzo’s old situation, and how hard he had to fight to obtain his current status, and what was the driving force behind all his insanity and desire, and how to reach this level of power without self destructing in the process.
The next heads have much better convictions than kinzo, and that’s because of their connections to Yasu. Jessica as always wants to stay true to herself, and the promise she made to Yasu, so she makes a choice that lets her live and die with pride while they are watching.
George continues from his old convictions to marry Yasu, since he is already deeply changed and a better man because of them. However he still keeps his violence in check through fortitude learnt from his father, in order to cultivate the best possible future for them.
Yasu gets disheartened because this reflects the real situation of their relationship. She internalizes the argument as her own mistake, and blames herself for all the hardships George has to go through. She is literally fighting him while still blaming herself about his pain.
However both of them don’t back down, because they understand the essence of true love through their interaction with Yasu. It wasn’t just a momentary feeling for them, it was something much more and the author wanted to believe in that just like Yasu did in her confession.
Many other layers to the fight include how each one of them decides the answer through their interpersonal social relationships and upbringing, and how the answer isn’t important but the process of reaching the specific answer is what interests Yasu of all things.
The thing that actually umineko wants to prove through all of the characters, signifying the importance of reaching the truth in the correct way which symbolizes all the author’s wishes, wanting to be loved and understood in the best possible way for them.
Thank you my beloved people, thank you for loving me. I am validated as a human being, i am no longer a servant, an orphan, a pitiful child, a furniture, I am me, and i am enough.
