Episode 61 Review: The Plusle and Minun Handymen!

Hey guys, it's me, PokemaniacT, back with another review! So, after a month long gap, let's get right into it!
Before we begin, do keep in mind that this episode is a filler, so nothing ground-breaking here. The episode starts with Ash and Goh trying to deal with broken taps of Cerise's lab, and so Cerise calls some handymen to help out.
These handymen are a duo of a brother and a sister that use Plusle and Minun as their mascot pokemon.
Once that's done, the Pokemon company breaks every single bone of the brother by making him fall off a few stairs, because why not?
That leaves the sister, her Plusle and his brother's Minun (who by the way is pissed at her because of its partner being hospitalized), to run their business, so Ash and Goh volunteer for help.
First job, Tauros grooming! And a lot of them at that! Second job, Tauros finding! Third job, Tauros rescuing! Coincidence, I THINK NOT!
So, what happens is that the Tauros from their first job were supposed to be put for some kind of exhibition, and Team Rocket (Still here!) steals them.
After being confronted, Team Rocket accidentally lets lose all the Tauros in a giant pit, on their own Meowth on top of that! Due to which, they decide to help out in pulling out the Tauros.
And then Team Rocket, being the kindhearted criminals they are, decide to let go the Tauros. And they kicked out of the scene as usual as a reward.
All and all, it's a solid filler, but that's where the problem is. The anime came back after being delayed for a month or so, and getting a filler after that delay as a reward for our patience was truly unfortunate.
The problem wasn't the episode, but the time when it got released. And that affected the episode's quality indirectly. So, we'll just have to see what happens in the next one!
