1. Hindutva camp does not seem to understand meaning of loyalty. UCs have been most loyal supporter of it through thick and thin, but they are being thrown under the bus for sake of what 0.01% votes.

only reason it has not collapsed is due to ability of UC Hindus to take shieet, in name of country or religion. UCs H are still around 22% of country, and is second biggest block after OBCs.

The biggest issue is that once you set expectations that negotiating by using your religion hostage is lindy, all social structures would break down as everything sacred would be negotiable. People trying to replace religion with secular morality could look to west on effect
