Ah, the joy of music anxiety dreams. Conducting SJP from memory & we all forgot it at the same time. Morphed into an organ recital-the music desk wouldn’t stay up so had to hold the music in place with my LH. The bench was also broken so I kept falling off. What does this mean?!

I should add that we dealt with the memory lapse by collectively making up a song about how trees were brown. Not sure what Bach would have made of it. I also started Eilt double speed & we had an accordion for continuo. Do I have a John Passion in the diary I don’t know about?!
