Family Hubs are being rolled out nationwide. At 01:27:30 in this Family Hubs Network webinar, Christian fundamentalist multi-millionaire backer, Lord Farmer, explains:

“There’s different types of domestic violence. But if you’ve got something like situational domestic violence
there, you can work with the couple to actually stop it. And you keep the family intact, you keep the children there. You mentioned ACES, all these things are reduced, and a basic family unit with these relationships becomes a boon to society and not a weight on society.”
Tavistock Relationships has received millions of pounds in government funding for "high conflict" parenting programmes, and promotes the theory that "situational couple violence" is not motivated by a patriarchal desire for control.

Tavistock has strong relationships with Kyle and Marsha Kline Pruett of the AFCC. Teresa Williams and Sarah Parsons of Cafcass are also AFCC. Sir Andrew McFarlane wants Cafcass to screen for domestic abuse and divert “high conflict” couples away from Family Court.
UK systems are different to US systems, so AFCC products, the parental alienation industry, and coerced co-parenting with abusers will play out differently here. Samantha Callan says Family Hubs will be “a great delivery site” for the DWP’s Reducing Parental Conflict Programme.
Women were outraged last week at the bribe of a £500 voucher for mediation to try to divert them away from Family Court. Believe me, they ain’t seen nothin’ yet. That was the carrot. The stick is on its way. Coming to a Family Hub near you.
Samantha Callan and Lord Farmer of the Family Hubs Network are highly influenced by Melanie Gill, who from 2005 worked with Callan on the Family Breakdown Working Group at the Centre for Social Justice, producing policy for the Conservative Party.
Melanie Gill is a parental alienation “expert”, founder of the European branch of the AFCC, and follower of Patricia Crittenden’s Dynamic Maturational Model. Crittenden explains to Chip Chimera, Gill’s business partner, how women must learn how to avoid triggering male violence.
“If it’s the mother who’s frightened, because the man that she lives with is dangerous to her, they BOTH need to understand what produces that outcome before they can change strategies…
…If she doesn’t know what she does that leads to winding him up, and if he doesn’t know what it feels like as he’s winding up and seeing her do that, they’re not going to get out of it…
…They BOTH need to find what they’re contributing to this before they can create safety for themselves.”
Samantha Callan explains at 01:18:12 that “Whoever is on the reception in the Family Hub has to be trained in how to assess for domestic abuse”.

I predict these Family Hub receptionists will receive AFCC-style training that emphasises the importance of fatherhood over safety.
How will a Family Hub receptionist recognise when a mother and children are being coercively controlled by a dangerous man, who may have been only infrequently or never physically abusive? How will they distinguish between “situational violence” and “dangerous” violence?
Who will train these Family Hub receptionists? Melanie Gill? Or Karen and Nick Woodall, more parental alienation “experts” and rabid anti-feminists, who claim women and children lie about domestic abuse and child abuse - and favourites of the Centre for Social Justice?
Karen and Nick Woodall have been Samantha Callan’s protégés since 2008. In 2011 Conservative Minister Maria Miller was promising them the opportunity to manage a network of Family Hubs to help separated parents co-parent and make “family based arrangements” for child support.
In 2012 Samantha Callan and Lord Farmer’s daughter, Elly, wrote a report for the Centre for Social Justice called Beyond Violence, which introduced AFFC-style “differentiation” of domestic abuse, including the “situational violence” to which Lord Farmer refers in the webinar.
