i REALLY didn& #39;t want to comment on this as i was under the impression that you had come to an agreement with n3ro several hours ago, but since you still haven& #39;t deleted this thread and it& #39;s still actively getting retweets, i& #39;ll go ahead and clear it up for everyone. https://twitter.com/GMDPaaaaige/status/1380918818201948164">https://twitter.com/GMDPaaaai...
i& #39;ve been watching this level since it was started (obviously--paige first pitched the idea to me in proxima and i gave them permission to host it there) and can tell you that this entire thread consists of little more than biased half-truths and several outright lies.
you started hosting this level last july (not october,) and did indeed make a bit of progress on it. however, after a few parts were finished, progress slowed significantly for an extended period of time until you voluntarily recruited orange as a second host.
orange proceeded to do the vast majority of the apparent work hosting the level throughout the entirety of november and half of december. maybe you were helping him out behind the scenes, but i certainly didn& #39;t see it.
then, on december 9th--and this is an IMPORTANT DISTINCTION--you did not "leave the server" as you say; after having received more direct warnings from me than i can count, you were permanently BANNED from the server due to disrespect and repeat violations of the rules.
orange offered to talk things through with you, and after some litigation that i wasn& #39;t involved in, he decided to continue fulfilling his rightfully-given and well-earned role as a host of the level by inviting participants to join him in hosting it outside of proxima.
this was entirely within orange& #39;s rights to do as he had already been doing the majority of the work in hosting the level for well over a month at this point, and nothing that you had built was kept--only parts by creators who voluntarily choose to remain in the level.
it& #39;s pretty difficult to argue that anything remotely original or unique to you was stolen here. the song is an incredibly famous and iconic rhythm game song already. the concept of an effects layout megacollab is, additionally, far from original.
