1/3 Cameco re-opening Cigar, Bull or Bear?

First I just thought this was a bit bearish but then I read a really good breakdown of the Cameco numbers.

Cameco have contracts to deliver 25 mlb's in 2021. They stock 15 mlb's but can only use 9, 6 is for emergency use. #uranium

2/3 JV with $KAP gives 5 mlb's, Cigar maybe 6 mlb's and they can lend 1,4 mlb's. This put Cameco short minimum 5 mlb's 2021.

$dnn needed 17 transactions with delivery in October for the last lbs for their 2,5 mlb's but over spot...

3/3 So do you think Cameco can secure minimum 5 mlb's 2021 över spot...?

If even possible, they will struggle. The reopening of Cigar then looks to be the only option left to be able to fill their delivery contracts for 2021. Spot is dry.
