To reverse "lifestyle" diseases such as fatty liver, Type II Diabetes, Hypertension or Anxiety, it should not come as a surprise that you need to change your "lifestyle"
If you cant see yourself doing something that will address these problems for at least five years, it is not for you - throw out the fads or quick fixes, they are not sustainable.
Your body craves balance, in technical jargon homeostasis. Its really just a fancy way of saying your body has limits under which it can function - kind of like a plane that can fly within certain speed limits. Why would your body be different?
So fatty liver is just you living beyond your limits, in this case too many calories. The body stores all the excess calories in and around your liver, giving you a fatty liver (aka non-alcoholic fatty liver). If you cut back on your calories, fat will go as will the fatty liver
Type II Diabetes is just the next step in this process. Too many calories came with too much sugar (living beyond your limits) giving you hyper sugar or in the long run Type II Diabetes.
Type II Diabetes is reversible. You measure daily sugar and long-term sugar. If your daily sugar goes back to balance (homeostasis) and between 70-100 ml/dl of sugar, in the long run, by definition your sugar will go back to normal. Watch this
The reason is very simple - your body does not produce sugar. It is something you eat! If you cut back on sugar consumption, short and long-term sugar will by definition go away. Alongside, weight, hypertension and fatty liver will disappear.
So what we need is preventive healthcare - Watch this to understand what is preventive healthhcare
