I paid 274.99 for a washing machine from @curryspcworld and it arrived faulty. They sent an engineer out and he confirmed it was broken. Since then I can& #39;t get them to do anything. They are refusing to help. We are disabled that& #39;s why we paid them to come and install it.

There is no customer services and @PayPal are helping them to rip us off. Don& #39;t use either of these companies. We are 275 pound down. we will have to pay the council 35 to take it away and god knows how much to buy another one. I just been speaking to Currys and the engineer they sent out on the 7th, the one who told me to ring customer services and they will check his notes and know what& #39;s wrong, he didn& #39;t feed back to them. There is no notes. He told me not to use the machine.
