4 out of the 5 directors for Them are white guys. The showrunner is a white guy. 5 out of the 10 episodes were written by white people (4 by Little Marvin and 1 by a black woman named Christina Ham.)

Only 2 of the 13 producers, Lena Waithe & Little Marvin, are black.
But Amazon put only two black producers on the marketing to lend this production credibility concerning black issues that it did not deserve, which I think is disgusting.
I haven't seen Them but Ive seen what people are writing about it concerning black trauma and if you want to know why its like that, this is why.
Its not that I think nonwhite people cant write or direct black people, its just its irresponsible that productions like THIS that commodify struggle and oppression are run by mostly white creative and producing teams.
Full disclosure Im just a white guy too so maybe its not my place to be talking about this but I just like looking through IMDb to see who's making what and I noticed this and thought it would help to create more informed discourse
