A successful pushback to a Chinese blockade rests on alliances w/ India, South Korea and Japan IMO. Duterte cannot be counted on&Malaysia/Indonesia seem uneasy to ally againsg China. @SecBlinken will surely work hard to revive ’s close ties in the region.
