Let me get this, I understand you are 13k+ teachers strong and employing that many people. To all the teachers of whitehat jr, just a hypothetical situation. You are in need of money ( parents in need of opportunity and better education for children ).
White hat jr gives an ad saying teachers are earning 2 cr per annum just by teaching coding ( in case of students it's wolf Gupta earning 150cr, which is impossible anyway we see it), HR recruiting you promised you'll get the money as you are talented
( sales person pitching the parents about the talent of the kid), you join the company but to only face harrasment ( as shown by many employees who tell about working conditions, harrassment and abuse and also parents requests getting declined for refunds , all the false promises
By sales persons not getting fulfilled), not getting the pay you were promised, not meeting the standards you are promised. How does it make you feel? Would you still work for the company ? The people who are protesting are not against the company because
It's seeing success but because of the predatory methods it's using. Who wouldn't like the company which is providing all the employment? Please answer this question if you can, maybe you'll get a loyal supporters if the answers are honest in your quest for truth! thanks!
I understand it's your job on the line but would it hurt a company but would it hurt if your company is actually trustworthy? I'm all open to have this thread to be rational discussion ground.
