I always hear about how healthy and super strong vegans are, but then in real life if you need help loading a truck there's approximately 0 people calling their vegan friend
Vegans are just as strong as people that eat meat, look at how much protein is in 3 pounds of Kale
But what about the 6 strong fitness vegans I know?!

Sure. But what about the 99% of power athletes that are not vegan.
Honestly I get being vegan for ethical reasons. But humans evolved and became stronger by the nutrients of eating meat. Please spare me how its actually better to eat carrots.
