With spread of #COVID19 there is often a time after maximal +ve cases that the curve will still rise due to transmission & lag of sx/testing. Will Easter be the peak? Does that mean we have weeks left cases? This emergency order, will it align with best possible care?

10.3% positivity rate & about 30% of those hospitalized are in ICU.
