the book of us series as stages of life ㅡ a thread

(mostly based on the music videos)

stage one.

tbou: gravity = your childhood.

as you can see at the time of our life mv, everything is colorful and playful. the members are happy and playful in this mv, and the sets are colorful just like how colorful and fun your life is when you were a child.

you can also see books in the mv which means that you still have a lot to learn as a kid and you still have a long way to go.

stage two.

tbou: entropy = adolescence stage.

you are growing and learning many things now. and as a teenager, some of you will be entering the rebellious stage. where you are not afraid of risks and you embrace and enjoy the chaos that is surrounding you.

during your teenage years, of course, there is a certain time where you will decide what path are you going to choose in your life. and as you can see in the mv, they have each of their own paths that they chose themselves.

stage three.

tbou: the demon = adulting stage.

this is where the chaos have finally overtaken you. every day is just an never ending cycle and you have no choice but to follow it. wake up, work, sleep and repeat.

you have lost track on what you really want or what is your purpose/goal because you are currently stuck in this cycle and you have reached to the point where you just don't care anymore.

stage four.

tbou: gluon = getting back on track.

in the mv, you can see that they are on a journey on finding something. what i think about this is, in this stage, the person is in the process of getting back to their normal state and battling the demon inside them.

in this part, the person realizes that they are not the only one in this battle, you and the people that cares about you is there to help you.

at the end, you can see that there's a sunrise which means a new beginning, and it seems like they have found what they are looking for which might be peace or they might've overcame the state that they we're going through in the past.

stage five.

tbou: negentropy = healing/reminiscing stage.

at this point of your life, you have experienced ALOT. this is the stage where you record all of the events or moments that happened in your life and the achievements (fruit) that you have already reached in your life.

basically, this frame right here shows a sunset which indicates an ending and recalling the moments that happened in the past. i'm assuming they will elaborate this more in the mv.

that's all for now, might change and add things here in this thread once the mv drops.. this is just my pov to the tbou series, sorry if it's not accurate!
